This is a clip from a demo done earlier this year of myself and my long time Kung-Fu brother. People have asked me numerous times and so I tell you this is not a prefixed form. Here we are demonstrating Stand up and some of our ground fighting as it is utilized in our system. If interested read my previous post regarding our upcoming demo this Sunday. November 9th at 1 pm.

This November is the annual Kung-Fu Wu-Su Association annual Demo. I will be taking part in this event for anyone interested in coming out and seeing what we do and what the school is about. It's a great opportunity to see a Traditional martial art and what the school has to offer. Everything from breathing to breaking to body disciplines to fighting and weapons will be showcased.
