Kung-Fu classes are taught focusing on the over all development of the student. At the basic level great focus is put upon the fundamentals. In this class students will develop stances, punches, and kicks, breath control, and basic self defense techniques they can readily use in a short period of time. Various exercises are taught to help develop external strength and flexibility. Concentration, breathing and meditation exercises are also taught for internal health and longevity. Students later learn to combine more advanced techniques together at will for fighting as well as various fighting styles. The idea is to harmoniously develop the body, mind, and spirit of the individual.
